During these unprecedented times and to help bring some ease and comfort into your life and mental health, I am inviting you to an online meet-up where we can apply some positive discussions and apply some hypnosis, Mindfulness and Meditation strategies to help us get through this stressful and uncertain times.
If you are currently surrounded by negativity and you are simply unable to let go of the monkey chatter, join in and lets work together so that you can start feeling calmer, relaxed and supported.
