Hypnosis is a state of focused attention during which your conscious mind is stepped a side to allow the subconscious mind to become highly receptive to new possibilities.
The aim of the program is to help you achieve safe, sustainable and long term results. It will help you form new ways of thinking about your food intake and help create new habits. It is not uncommon for people lose between 0.5 to 2kg during the first week.
Each session will be recorded. Therefore, if you miss a session you will be sent a recording each week. Please be advised that to achieve a high success rate in this program, it is recommended that you attend each session.
The short answer is no. All hypnosis offers is a focused level of awareness where you will always be in control. You are invited to participate and follow instructions to relax and have a sense of openness.
